    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This was a basic intro course. It was mostly memorization of syndromes and famous psychologists. It's important if you are going into a psychology related field, but otherwise I would probably skip this one for a different intro course.

    Course highlights:

There were a few really interesting cases you learn about! I remember we learned about the Skinner box, which was an experiment done by a psychologist on his own children. You also learn about some different topics on group psychology which were interesting.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study groups were really helpful for this one, and also taking the practice exams. The background reading was a lot, so maybe skim that to familiarize yourself with what you will learn in class, but you don't need to read it too in depth.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's a really great course to help you understand the general idea of psychology. The professor is very approachable and makes things easy to understand!

    Course highlights:

We learned a lot about the parts of the brain and what they control and also about drugs and the effect they have on the brain, which then led to learning about mental illnesses and their symptoms.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes and read them over after class. Study for the tests and make flashcards of the keywords.
