    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I really enjoyed Professor Galusky's class. It was a fun kind of challenging, and very educational. He was very patient and willing to explain concepts in it's simplest form for all students to understand. Galusky is a very understanding person and easy to talk to and ask questions. He provides all his students with the necessary resources to succeed in his class.

    Course highlights:

The lab portion of Anatomy was the best part, it gave students a chance to make sense of the concepts in lecture. It also allows the students to explore the body and its structures. I learned so many things in this class, from different cell types and their functions, to structures and pathways. The most interesting thing about this class for me was learning the brain and it's pathways.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Take pictures of the structures and models be sure to label everything you take a picture of to review later. For me drawing out some structures on a white board really helped me to master them. Don't be afraid to ask others for help or go into Galusky's office to clarify confusing concepts. Form study groups and meet as much as possible.
