Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It basically improves your communication skills. It also re-activate your communication skills you have acquired from your early school grades. It helps a lot with the peoples skills and language. It helps you write concise, speak persuasively relate well to others and more.

    Course highlights:

This module taught me a lot and reminded me a lot about communication. It taught me about internal and external communication ( the way we communicate at home will be different when dealing with the public ), writing business memorandums and letters, how hierarchies affect communication, channels of communication ( e.g a political posture saying, "please vote for me" , the posture is the channel of the voting message), and many other things I learnt.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If give yourself time and study this module thoroughly you certain gain a lot of communication skills from it. It is not a waste of time, it is worth it. You will certainly enjoy how to analyse different communications situations, solve problems and conflicts.
