Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It was the most informative and inspirational class I have ever taken! Not only does she have a great sense of humor, she cares for each and every student so much I cannot express in words! She is truly an angel, and if there is one class I recommend to take in your life it is this one. Truly.

    Course highlights:

I learned how important health and nutrition is in our lives, and she always went out of her way to share ideas on how to be healthier quicker and how to help your family get healthier too! It was amazing how much she cared. It was unbelievable. I really looked forward to her classes every week, and that is so rare for me to say.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to change your life for the better! :) This course will give you a new perspective on life and how to be healthier and happier unlike anything you have experienced before! She is very flexible and gives you wonderful information how to get a great grade in the class.
