    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    I like how he is willing to help students succeed in this course. He gives a lot of advise if asked.

    Course highlights:

    You have to read a lot but you'll learn the basic idea of American history.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    If you don't like reading and just want an easy A, this class is not for you. If you can follow the professor's instructions, you can get an A.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Professor Davis does an excellent job at captivating the class the factual in depth history of our nation by treating the lectures more like an ongoing story with key points and pictures.

    Course highlights:

    In addition to major events, I also learned lesser known stories of our nations history such as the story of the masked bandit "Zorro" who was actually a real person

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Take good notes in class and re-read the power points every night to make sure you are totally caught up in what is being taught the next class.
