Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is a blueprint of who we are as a country and where we derived from. A lot of lessons learned throughout our history or maybe some that are repeating themselves. Very interesting to learn what this country has been at odds about for hundreds of years is still a platform for current political debate.

    Course highlights:

Highlights of this course for me is the War of 1812. Learning about how media played a very influential role in this war, something that is not too far uncommon from today's society. Enjoyed reading about the civil war and learning more about the influence the British had with the Native American's.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep an open mind! Also, compare and contrast what is going on in our country now and then.
