    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend taking this course. It is hard but it educates you on principles you otherwise would not have learned. It gives good practice on writing essays as well.

    Course highlights:

I learned the history of British literature throughout this course and read many old plays, poems and stories. I learned to appreciate these things and how to analyze them and open my mind to what they might mean.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the poems, don't cliff note them. Actually reading them and putting the time into your essays will be very hard but you will not regret it. It is very hard at first but once you get the hang of all the reading and analyzing you will do great!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Because it’s fun and the teacher will make sure you understand the concepts before you continue throughout the rest of the segment. Which helps because if you do not know what you are doing you will be lost and not get the full credit for all the assignments that you must do to complete your segment, which will lead to a lower grade.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot, many that will for sure benefit me in the long run. For example: I learned how to write an explanatory/informative essay as if I was a person who was fully knowledged on the topic. Which is awesome if you ask me.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study hard, and don't be afraid to ask a question if you don't fully understand it, you just might be happy to know you are not the only one. You will gain the knowledge you need or even more which you would greatly benefit from throughout the rest of the segment.
