    Course Overview:

    This class focuses on intelligent discussions aimed at unpacking significant works of literature and the nuances each of their authors incorporated in these texts. I enjoy this.

    Course highlights:

    My ability to preform literary analysis and writing exponentially improved throughout this course. Our daily discussions were certainly a highlight for me that ultimately benefitted me greatly.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Any students considering this course should employ their stellar studies skills and brace themselves for a rigorous program.

    Course Overview:

    I would absolutely recommend this course as it taught me a great deal about literature and forced me to understand critical concepts to prepare me for college.

    Course highlights:

    I gained critical analysis skills, as well as an analyzation toolbox of tactics and techniques to help me dissect difficult readings. Dr. Sharpless was instrumental in helping me make sense of incredibly complex texts and become a better writer in the process.

    To succeed you need to complete all the readings on time, as well as stay focussed and participate in classroom discussions.
