Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course if you are someone that is looking to improve their writing skills. I took it over summer so it was a little more strenuous, but it was pretty beneficial.

    Course highlights:

I was able to clean my grammar up, especially when it came to commas. For some reason my grammar was lacking, but by the end of the course my writing was back to a proficient level. I learned how to use the library for research, how to write an effective persuasive essay, and just became a better writer overall.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your assignments and essays! If you take the class serious and don't put things off, you will see a lot of improvement.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it would help to perfect one's reading and writing skills and to aid in the potential to advance from high school level writing to more sophisticated college standards.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to formulate a proper thesis statement, how to distinguish the various writing styles, and the importance of writing from an unbiased perspective. I also learned how to cite resources properly and how to void plagiarism.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay focused and consistent. Remember to follow the schedule and not get left behind as this would make a huge difference in the order of your assignments. Always proofread your assignments before submitting them.
