Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is also a great cultural environment, which I love. I also enjoyed my classes and had great professors, it is a great academic environment as well. The University of Ottawa campus is pretty reliable in availability of computers.

    Course highlights:

During midterms and exams however, it can be difficult to find even a seat in the library unless you get there very early in the morning. I do think it makes a big difference to own your own computer, especially when it gets busy in the library.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

One thing I love about the University of Ottawa is that there is a lot of ethnic diversity. As an African-American student it makes me feel more comfortable. It is a generally accepting campus. However, I think that there could be some improvement in the acceptance of different religions.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Good Combo – I enjoy the program I am majoring in, it not only opens doors for several career opportunities, but it also helps to educate me on everyday life.

    Course highlights:

The focus of my minor is criminology, a program which I feel goes hand in hand with my major. The workload mostly consists of papers and reading.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Entrance scholarships are often higher than other universities, but can be difficult to maintain like at most universities. Financial Aid and other bursaries are available as well.
