Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

My teacher was full of excitement and enthusiasm. She not only shared her opinions but gave us a chance to shear ours. Her assignments made sense and really brought out the best in our writing. She taught us how to express ourselves more and give it our all. She knew how to relate to us and instead of working to her strengths she worked to ours. I will never forget her.

    Course highlights:

There was this one time in class that we had to write pickup lines that we knew, and it had to do with the plays we started reading but these pickup lines were just a fun way to show how different openings to conversations can depict how the whole relationship will go. It was a fun way to teach us about looking at things in different ways and meanings behind words.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise a future student to really be open to the course and let yourself learn from it. You learn stuff about yourself along the way and it really can be changing. Do not slack off cause this course takes time and thought and feeling that you can't just write over night.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

In class discussion were great! All the reading material is really interesting and can be related to modern life as a student. Not too many papers, but you have to work hard on them because of that.

    Course highlights:

We all learned about different facets of life from the class discussions. Seeing situations through the eyes of my peers was both humbling and inspiring.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the reading, and really work hard on the essays. Tough grader, but fair.
