    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It's a really tough class if you are up for a challenge take it. There are very few things put in the grade book so be sure to try your best on all assignments. Keep up with the reading and make a point to go to the tutor it's an intense course.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about the government, from the founding period to current day. It was interesting to go over the change in governmental policy over the centuries, seems as though the federalists still have the upper hand. The highlights of the class definitely stemmed from heated in class debate, it's a great class for student involvement.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

READ. The grader is super tough so make sure to know your points. Go to the tutor; it helps immensely. Go to the lectures, because some of the points of our government system are complex and not easily understood through the text. Study hard each week to be prepared for the pop quizzes and make sure to be ready for the midterm and final, the questions are long and challenging so allow a lot of time for a review!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor was bad. His lectures did not cover anything on the quizzes or midterm or final. Don't bother getting the book it's a waste of money. I never used it and I passes with a C.

    Course highlights:

I learned literally nothing. No, you know what I did learn something. I learned from my professor that Donald J. Trump was "unelectable", but look where we are now. Thanks a lot, Joe.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Honestly it's a 101 class so you kind of have to take it I think, but either way just try not to die.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It is important to be informed about the government we live in, how we come to hold the beliefs we do and how our society is changing.

    Course highlights:

Political socialization, the in depth process of a Bill to a Law and the expansion of the Executive branch.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Listen, read and keep an open mind.
