The professor taught the course very well. He used very easy example to follow when teaching. The course resources were valuable in addition to what the professor offered during lecture. Assignment problems were the same or very similar to exam problems.

This course made it very easy to understand how to apply quantitative data into statistical data.

My advice to students taking this course would be to give your full attention to the lecture and complete the assignments during class when permitted or shortly after so that the information can be reinforced.

I recommend this course for those who are majors in nursing.
Course highlights:
Students will learn how to organize, summarize, and conclude data. In addition, students will learn how to fine the mean, standard deviation, and etc for a population and its sample. Not to mention, that students will also learn about how to find the area of a normally distributed graph.

Advice for students:
Students who are considering to take Intro Statistics should study hard and seek tutors. Also they should go to their local math department or math center so that they may have a variety of tutors and teachers to choose from for help. It also imperative that student do well on their homework and quizzes as well as not missing any assignments. Once you miss an assignment it affects how you are going to do on the next assignment.
