    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Professor Frodyma takes his job preparing his students for university very seriously. Physics is a hard subject to tackle but he is extremely patient in his explanations and very reasonable in his expectations (which are not low, by the way).

Students are introduced to the general principles of mechanics at an elementary level. Specific topics include kinematics, Newton's laws of motion, work and energy, momentum, rotation, simple haromonic motion, universal gravitation, and fluids. Elementary applications of these principles are introduced using a problem solving approach."

    Advice for students:

Reading the textbook may help, but it's a good idea to glance over the summary pages of each chapter before jumping in. Also, ask questions in class about things that did not make sense from the reading. Go to office hours!
