Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class was great for me because I had already taken this course once and therefore benefited more than some other may have with this course. I say that because he doesn't assign graded HW which meant I could focus on studying my way and use the lecture more as a refresher. The grade was solely based on attendance and tests. Obviously this method is not for everyone but if you are retaking the course I would highly recommend this class for that reason. (try to keep him on topic he loves to go off on tangents{they are usually funny}).

    Course highlights:

I like the tests that he used they were clean and organized and did not have overly complicated word problems. I recommend study groups before tests in all Calculus classes. I learned to check over my work often times it the little things that get you.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pre-lecture yourself at home before you come into class. Even if you do not understand everything at home when you come in everything will make better sense and you will be able to keep up better. The hardest part of calculus is understanding the new concepts and utilizing all the math skills that may have laid dormant for a while. YouTube is a life saver sometimes hearing someone else say it another way makes all the difference.
