    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would strongly recommend this course especially for those who have a desire to go into the medical/ health care field.

    Course highlights:

I learned much about how the body works, the nutritious diets that would make it work better and specific ways to improve your overall health.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely put alot of energy and effort into this course, get involved as much as possible because it becomes easy to fall behind.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to everyone. Everyone should learn more about what they are putting into their bodies as well as what we should not be putting into our bodies. It was a interesting course to say the least.

    Course highlights:

I learned how the body functions and what roles my food choices make upon my body.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read and follow the lectures. Do not skip class, everything you need to know will be in the lectures and power points. Read the chapters as well.
