    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course was challenging. But very doable. It was the fursy General Education class I took that actually challenged me. Kraemer is very fair. Though he will push you. Usually I breeze by in English classes, though he made sure I actually learned something. The class was always talkative in group discussions and enjoyable. I would recommend this class and teacher to all Butte College students in need of a general ed course.

    Course highlights:

In this course, I learned a lot about perfect grammar and MLA formatting, and we wrote quite a few research essays. I enjoyed the essays because even though everyone struggled with them, you got to pick you own topic. (Mine were always medical topics.) Which interested me, so I didn't mind doing all of the research.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your work, do it to the very best of your ability, and do it on time. Go to his office hours because it really helps. If you don't fight or an A he won't help you recieve one.

    Advice for students:

Stay focused. Starve your distractions and feed your focus. You have to have be consistent with habits. Remember to connect and build with other classmates. That stand alone will make the class more interesting. Get plenty rest and work hard. There is no substitute for hard work.
