Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

the law of insolvency overlaps into many other issues because it affects the legal status of persons, especially their capacity to act. It is useful to have knowledge about it in other areas of the law as you never know when a persons status may affect the matter.

    Course highlights:

The process of insolvency and how it overlaps into other branches of law.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make good case summaries and make notes that refer specifically to sections of legislation to make them easier to remember.
