Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Very interesting course that most people studying nursing need to take!

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed the discussions because we watched movies about nutrition and food and then were able to discuss parts of the movie that we agreed with or disagreed and it was interesting to hear what everyone else had to say.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read all of the chapters thoroughly, study the powerpoints, and review extra material before taking each of the quizzes.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. Opsal is a very intelligent and knowledgeable instructor. She gave the students more insight into the human body and how nutrition plays such a huge role in how it effects it has on the body.

    Course highlights:

The highlights for me were learning about how all the vitamins and minerals effect the body and how any deficiency or over abundance can alter the body in negative ways. It really made the importance of a well balanced diet very clear.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Read your text book!!!! Also, make sure you are checking your student email and Blackboard everyday for any updates or recommended reading she may be posting.
