    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Brian White is by far the best professor one could have. He's very clear in explanation and makes class time pass very quickly. There's no dull moments in his class because he makes us engage in class in a fun and easy way. The learning environment he creates is astounding.

    Course highlights:

This course was about general biology including genetics. Brian White made me love genetics. He made us watch pre-made videos by him at home. Then come to class and go over the questions he assigned, together. There were iclicker questions and he would stop and explain thoroughly why or why not an answer is right or wrong. It's difficult not to remember what you learned in his class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Watch the videos he assigns. You'll enjoy them and its entertaining. Do the questions and work on the ones he says you'll do in class just to get a head start. Participate in class because if you don't understand something he will be glad to explain it. Try to have fun and really learn the material in this course. You don't need the textbook because Brian White is just that good.
