Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it was very interesting to learn about DNA. Also the professor was always helpful and made sure the lessons that were given were clear and easy to understand.

    Course highlights:

In this course it mainly focused on DNA.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to pay attention and take notes in his lectures. Also be sure to actually pay attention to the SPOC lessons because they will greatly help you understand the topic.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend Bio 111 with Brian White because he is a great teacher and his lecture on the spoc are mostly easier to follow than an in class lecture.

    Course highlights:

I loved the Spoc, which is a online lecture for Bio 111. I loved this course because I had control over the lecture and what I wanted to learn or not. I learned about different things, like genetic diseases, mutations, and many more. Most of it was review like chromosomes but others were eye openers.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I recommend doing the spoc, cognii, and simu text because all of those courses are counted towards your grade and do them on time. Also listen in the review lectures with professor white because if you did not understand something in the spoc, then he will go over it in class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would totally recommend taking Bio111, because it sets the foundation for everything we need to know about our being, it helps in dissecting the various functions of human growth and development. This course also helps in understanding the reactions going on with the human system.

    Course highlights:

I have learned so far that the human bodies are complex, with different twists and turns but Bio111 makes/ breaks everything down for us to understand the condition of our bodies and system and makes us understand more on things that contributes positively to our well being.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Dealing with this course needs total concentration because the minute you are distracted, you lose the point. This course is delicate, at the same time intense, so make friends with the professors and other students so that you easily ask for help in understanding anything that seem difficult.
