    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is not well organized, made from a group setting which complicates everything in its entirety as students are less likely to participate with others outside of classroom setting. IRAT & GRAT Tests WEEKLY which are a heavy burden especially with a full schedule course load.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was that you get talked to as if you're an adult which helps in relating to life situations, although the expectancy is all too high. This is UMASS Boston, not Yale. We should keep this in mind.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Unless you have no job, live with your parents and have no bills to pay, sitck with a community college first, then look for somewhere cheaper than this place. All about the money and they could care less about your success.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

It's a great course, very useful to understand health and wellness in your future.
