    I would recommend this course because the class discussions are great and you learn a lot about analyzing literature

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course were learning how to bring a deeper interpretation to literature. You learn how to take an element such as character or setting and how they form the story.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Remember to do the reading and go to office hours to discuss your essays.

    I would recommend this course because Professor Grayson really developed my skills in analyzing literature.

    Course highlights:

    I learned to use elements such as character and setting to take the meaning of the plot to a deeper level. After taking this course with Professor Grayson, you will be able to give meaningful interpretation to anything you come across.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Make sure to participate in class discussion and really focus on the nightly reading assignments.
