    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    All the theories and concepts can be used to function effectively as both a manager and as a organization team member. Take this class in order to learn how to be an authentic leader.

    Course highlights:

    Extrinsic factors motivate temporarily; the short-term satisfaction of wages and promotions. The intrinsic factors will help me advance in my career because I will work to achieve a higher purpose.

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    Go to class prepared and put to use the knowledge you gain from the readings. This way in group discussions you're are proactive and the material will stick with you. The final involved putting theories to work when solving issues in the cases provided.
