    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I love this course! I think this course is easily enjoyable because it is applicable to every student! Everyone has a body, of course, which makes it interesting to learn information during the course because it directly applies to you.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was the muscular system. I thought it was very interesting to learn about how muscles only contract. This was a great concept for me because I like going to the gym. I think it helped me conceptualize and appreciate more what my body is doing when i exercise.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to attend office hours and study daily. It is very easy to get behind which is something that I experienced.
