    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

There is no reason why I wouldn't recommend this class. Make sure sign up for K. Martindale's class though.

    Course highlights:

Teacher was fun and through. She made the classes fun while having our discussion on what we read for our assignments.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you attend class every day, you don't want to miss out. We have free writes everyday in our journals. They are due twice during the quarter.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

You need this course to graduate but English is not my best subject and English professor seem somehow cold to me. I had been hit in the head and had a paper due the next day although I completed the paper I had typed it in the wrong font. I told my teacher what happen and offered to show her the staples but she gave me a zero on a forty point paper and would not let me retype it for a grade this made the difference between me getting a A- in this class and a B+. She also wrote on the paper that this wasn't like me to use the wrong font? I had been hit in the head. Also at the end of the course she gave us a paper and asked us what grade we thought we deserved I said A- because had i got even five points on that paper I would have got the A-. She still gave me the B+. I just don't understand English teachers. My word of advice make sure you always use the correct font on your papers it really can make the difference between A and a B. Even if you get hit in the head, been sick, or are extremely busy while going to school English teachers are sticklers for attention to detail.

    Course highlights:

I like that she had a vocabulary book that we reviewed all the roots meanings of words so we could read and figure out what the meaning of a word we had not seen before May mean.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You have to have it to get your degree but if you have difficulty with writing use the tutor center or someone who is good in English or has taken this class to read over your work.
