    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class is extremely fun for musicians. You learn so much that you can apply to your practice and performance, as well as learn how you can start writing your own music.

    Course highlights:

There is quite a bit that you learn very fast. One of the most important things that you learn in the class is the Circle of Fifths, which will help anyone with figuring out the key signature of a piece of music you are listening to, to even transposing a passage of music from one key to another.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Taking notes is very important. Things do come back when you're learning new things, but it's important to make sure that you understand everything before you move on.
