    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Going to this class was always the highlight of my week. The professor is very tough but probably the most engaging professor I have ever had and she is so smart that I sometimes feel starstruck in her presence. I originally took this class to get rid of a general requirement but I fell in love with the subject and I became an anthropology major because of this class.

    Course highlights:

One of my favorite parts of the course was when we focused on the milk industry. This section of the class was so interesting because I would not have expected to learn about that in this class at all and yet I still have retained what I learned from that class on the subject.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to be prepared to learn the vocabulary and pay very close attention because there is some vocab used that you are not even aware that you will need to know how to define. The professor is very kind and understanding but she is definitely a tough grader so do not underestimate her.
