    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Theoretical and practical issues in motor learning, sport psychology, and exercise psychology all crammed into a 10 week course with a GREAT professor teaching it. It seems daunting at first with all the information and reading, but Dr. Paul will get you through it.

    Course highlights:

Dr. Paul Salitsky is the premier professor of sports psychology. He doesn't just want you to ace his course but life as well. You not only learn the makings of an elite athlete, but just about any highly functional individual who hopes to do better for themselves.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to office hours and talk to Dr. Paul. Although it is a pretty big class, it is a discussion fueled class. Raising your hands during lecture and actually interacting with Dr. Paul will reinforce and give you insight of the material which will help you get that A+!
