    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Applegate is really passionate about her class! Exams are not easy, but there are several extra credit opportunities.

    Course highlights:

    Over 40 points in extra credit (if you take all opportunities). Easy A

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    GO TO EXTRA CREDITS! Sometimes it can get annoying, but why not? Also the exams are not in any means super easy, so you'll still need to study.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Take this course if you need an easy GE. It does not require alot of time, you just need to finish all the worksheets in time to turn in.

    Course highlights:

    You learn a good amount of information regarding the health of your body: what vitamins and minerals you should look for, what is your ideal heart rate, calories you should intake, etc.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    For exams, do her practice exam and know it. The short answer section will be very similar. Also study the workbook pages for the multiple choice part.

    Course Overview:

    This class was amazing! The information I learned is applicable to my daily diet.

    Course highlights:

    I learned about how the human body gathers energy and nutrients from ingested food and what the body does with excess energy and nutrients. I love the textbook written by Dr. Applegate. I still keep it as a resource to this day.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    Definitely do the practice questions in the textbook. If you did not do well on the midterms, you can still improve your grade by doing extra credit.
