    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Interactive lecturers that care about your understanding and really encourage you to do well.

    Course highlights:

This course reopened my eyes about how much I like to learn about the concept of evolution and everything surrounding it i.e. speciation, genetic drift, etc.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go over the lectures and go to office hours as well as review sessions!

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course if you are interested in ecology, an auditory learner and you are willing to put in those extra hours pf study time and office hours every week. The tests are pretty straight forward, just remember to thoroughly look at the graphs and charts in the power points and be able to explain the concepts behind them. These profs want to see you succeed and are very helpful in office hours.

    Course highlights:

Straight forward tests, Lecture mandatory but no attendance taken, profs are very quick to respond, I learned a lot in this course even though I wasn't really interested in ecology. NO reading of the textbook required at all.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

review powerpoint and remember the importance of the examples they give in lecture, very auditory based learning, do not ever read the textbook, talk to rick and jay with any questions you could possibly have about ANYTHING.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Very boring lectures and they care a bit too much about electronics and whether people come late or not. Overall, it's an okay class.

    Course highlights:

I liked the lab because they were more hands on and were not as boring as class. Lab was around 2.3 hours long and if you have discussion after, it becomes a long day.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the study questions for the exam. There is not a point in reading the textbook. The study guide has everything and coursehero has some answers too.
