Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The students are determined to be the best at whatever they do, but they also make sure that they don't leave anyone behind. Every day in Davis, the number one rule is work for yourself, but don't forget the ones who helped you get there.

    Course highlights:

Furthermore, the professors are random. For example, for one class a student can have a professor that cares about the student. On the other hand, it can be otherwise where the professor does not care about the students at all.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

So when it comes to choosing a professor for a class, it all depends on who you know and what they can tell you about a certain professor. In addition, the social aspect of UC Davis is the norm, just like any other university.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Firstly, the city is extremely bike-friendly. Secondly, for those who prefer to take the bus at times, a well-developed bus service exists (run by undergrads and caters overwhelmingly to the student population).

    Course highlights:

There are some great restaurants here, from Black Bear Diner to In-N-Out to Crepeville to Redrum Burger. However, not all of them are close to campus (only one of those three would I call close by biking standards, and everyone bikes here).

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

When I was staying in the on-campus dorms, I had friends visit from my hometown more than once. Other than being able to drive onto campus (easier said than done), they had little trouble seeing me. I don't think anyone tried to stop them.
