This class was tough.
I would absolutely recommend this course with this professor to anyone who is considering it!! Quite honestly, regardless of the grade you get, at least you are introduced to a way of thinking that is out of your comfort zone, and THAT is something that should truly be cherished.
The primary highlight of this course involved the thoroughness of the office hours, whether or not the office hour was being run be the professor or by one of his fabulously helpful TA's!!! If there was ANYTHING that I did not understand during the lecture, I could just come to any one of the office hours and the professor and/or the TA's would describe what was not understood in incredibly GREAT DETAIL! They really make you fell like your understanding is a PRIORITY! The second major highlight of the course was quite simply the incredibly interesting material that is taught as part of the course's material, such as the use of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy, Mass Spectrometry, and Oxidation/Reduction reactions!

Advice for students:
If there is any advice that is worth giving to students, it would be to make sure that you keep up with the material (as it can pile up pretty quickly), always ask questions if you are confused, and HAVE FUN with the material, as it is truly a mind-blowing experience.
