Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This was the course that confirmed my interest in Computer Science as a major. The setup of the class was very helpful as we used an interactive online book along with individual programs. Professor Butner was very helpful as well and is very understanding.

    Course highlights:

This course teaches the fundamentals of the C language and is the basis for the rest of ECS courses at Davis.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

As an ECS course, this course is also a bit time consuming, but there are lots of resources and Butner is a great professor.
