    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Joan Frank is actually involved in the course, and she teaches the course really well.

    Course highlights:

    I learned a lot about the background in food service management.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    It's required for the Clinical Nutrition major, but I definitely recommend taking Joan's course. Very understandable material.
