    Course Overview:

    Hamilton is super helpful and hilarious! she is very straight forward with her notes and exams.

    Course highlights:

    I learned the importance of managing and organizing.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    I definitely recommend this class because the information is valuable to all majors. It is interesting to learn different techniques and approaches to make in the workplace when dealing with certain situations or individuals. This class teaches students to value work in groups and independently. Also, Professor Hamilton's enthusiasm and relatable stories were definitely a bonus to the course.

    Course highlights:

    Organizational Communication taught me how to effectively communicate within the workplace. Students learn about various leadership skills and the importance of the acronym s.m.a.r.t. Students also learn about the importance of conflict management and negotiation. It helps students pursuing a career in a corporate office, industry, or an organization to be confident in handling various situations in the workplace ethically. Also, Professor Hamilton's enthusiasm and relatable stories were definitely a bonus to the course.

    Advice for students:

    I would advise students to attend class because the professor gives out many hints towards key elements that will be important to remember on exam day. I also recommend students to take each thematic element and relate it to something in their everyday life to make it easier to approach on exam day. I also advise students to use the skills taught in this class towards their career field.
