    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because if you look at the bigger picture, you see how people make decisions. Also the textbook has everything you need to know.

    Course highlights:

I am still taking this class but Professor Rapson is very entertaining during lecture and gives real life examples on how it connects to the content of the class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the adaptive test prep because if you can do these, that means you have a general idea of the material.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I really enjoyed the content of the course, however Professor Liao's lectures were quite boring. He goes on odd tangents and his lecture notes are hard to follow. He does have very thorough online notes that make you question why you are even in class.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course were learning about the different types of markets. I found the lectures on Monopolies and Oligopolies to be the most interesting.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise students to read the textbook and take notes. I mostly studied off of my textbook notes, which prepared me for questions on small details.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Liao is a great professor and does very well at explaining the various topics covered in microeconomics clearly and concisely. He provides problem sets for every week which are extremely helpful for preparing for tests.

    Course highlights:

I gained an enormous amount of knowledge regarding our nation's economy and the various factors that cause the fluctuations within the economy. Professor Liao goes above and beyond to explain topics as well as possible, he would always bring up current events and short movie clips that really help you to fully understand every concept.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would highly recommend staying on track with the problem sets every week, they are extremely helpful. Going to discussion is also very important in order to get a good sense of how to complete all of the problems and for future problems that may differ slightly. Ask your TA as many questions as possible and take advantage of office hours!
