Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I truly enjoyed tis course, not only were the lectures clear and interesting, but the discussions were amazing as well. The lectures were very engaging and I left the course feeling even more excited about biology than I was before. The topics covered were very interesting and the way in which the discussion sessions and the lectures were connected made it easy to learn and truly understand everything we went over.

    Course highlights:

In my opinion, the true highlights of this course were the variety if resources we used, we had the discussion manual and sessions, discussion NotaBenes, lecture slides, Clicker questions and lecture NotaBenes. All these resources made it easy to study and get an understanding of the topics. Although these tasks are time consuming, in the long run they are very beneficial because you save a lot of time studying because you realize that you already know the material.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do all the NotaBenes and attend lectures, Professor Singer loves asking Clicker questions and these will give you easy points. Also, GO TO OFFICE HOURS, it might be hard to make yourself go on your free time, but go, you won't regret it.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Igo's pre- and post-lecture study guides helped tremendously. 90% of the material that was asked on the exam could easily be found in the post-lecture study guides. Her tests are very fair.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to apply my knowledge to other concepts. This really challenged my critical thinking.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are going to study anything for this course, do the post-lecture study guides. I studied the post-lecture study guides, and did some of the questions on the pre-lecture study guides when I had time, and I got a 95% in this class.
