    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is what captivated me into becoming a neuroscientist, rather than a physician as I had originally intended. The depth of discussion and the enthusiasm of the professor made the subject far more interesting than I had imagined it could be. It takes a lot of hard work and some memorization to keep the names of proteins/molecules straight, but this class was well worth the effort.

    Course highlights:

This class focused heavily on proteins, ion channels, and neuron circuits. At first, I was discouraged due to the sheer amount of information, but it quickly became easier to study once I realized all the material built off of itself. This class taught me how to study for a college course and cemented my passion for neuroscience.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely dedicate time to memorizing names/trends. Some of the material definitely had to be memorized for the rest to make sense.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Carsten Is an awesome professor who really knows his material. The only downfall would be that he can jump between lectures, but as long as you have the slides that he provides down you should get a good grade.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course would be learning . it wasn't too bad we learned the basic concepts of neurobiology.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

the advice i would give to students who are taking this course it to set aside 15 hours a week for this class and just review the slides.
