    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This class is easy and interesting in some aspects.

    Course highlights:

    Learn about lipids, proteins, water, and sugars in relation to food and food chemistry. Very basic food chemistry.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    Go to lecture and take notes. Take practice tests. The material is all in the lecture so focus on that to pass.
