    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I love this class because I was able to learn so much! The material was absolutely fasinating and I felt that everything I was taught was highly relevant to my future.

    Course highlights:

I really liked learning about the short-term and long-term adaptations that occur in our bodies as we exercise.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Listen to the lectures very closely. Everything the professors say is fair game. Take as many notes as possible and look at them everyday. Do not slack off because it is really easy to fall behind.
