Very interesting class and the information really applies to daily usage.
I learned about health and nutrition in ways that affect my daily life, what foods I can change to make my diet better and why. Overall, instruction was very insightful.

There are a lot of mini papers and short-report assignments so keep that in mind when registering for the course. Make sure you write drafts and talk them through with your TA so that your reports are well-written and accurate.
