Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Not only is material really interesting because it relates to what we love the most, food, but the professor's sarcasm and teaching style makes everything much interesting.

    Course highlights:

I learned many folklores that I have been fooled to believe in. It's eye opening to see how many chemicals is in our food!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to lecture even though it's tempting not to since he posts podcasts and his slide lectures online. You will most definitely acquire a better understanding of the material if you go.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were understanding what really goes into your food and also why different things are present. It was also interesting to learn about potential toxicological dangers to be careful for in food.

Definitely take great notes during the lectures and pay attention, because that is what will be on the midterm. The midterms are quick and clicker-based, so make sure you practice and read over your notes carefully beforehand!
