Not too easy. Not too difficult.
The course is usually easy. Our class had a Facebook group with a google docs that provided answers to the homework but this isn't always the case. And all his lecture notes are uploaded in neat pdf documents so it is easy to study. He is a little bit quiet so it is best to sit closer up front. His midterms were a bit hard though, the class average was usually 22/30. Make sure you actually study though!
I learned a lot from this course about assets and taxes and the value of money. It is a great course if you want a practical perspective on money.

Advice for students:
But you really need to study by doing the readings and reviewing the lecture notes. When you sit in class make sure you use a word doc to take notes as the class will go by really fast.
