I would recommend this class because it sheds light on a lot of nutritional recommendations that many people are not aware of.
I gained insight on my personal nutrition through the food project assigned at the beginning of the course. Since I am a public health major, I was able to learn about nutritional related disease and how these can be prevented or controlled.
