    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

i would recommend this course to high school students that are offered it for college credit. it was a great start to my college career and it was most likely a watered down college course that gave the same credits as it would if taken in a college setting.

    Course highlights:

the highlights of this course was macroeconomics. the course is split into to two sections of micro and macro economics. another part i very much enjoyed was the supply and demand curve.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

the course is difficult and you need to be up to date with your reading, because not much is gone over in class. the readings are much more in depth and the work is hard to keep up on.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class made clear so many things I had wondered about in everyday life. Almost every lesson could be applied to real life. We learned about the housing bubble, and why the recession happened, and a lot more about the world made sense.

    Course highlights:

In this course, we created mock investment accounts, and placed mock trades on stocks, bonds, and ETFs. This gave a clear idea of how investing works, and we got to see why diversification is so important in investment portfolios.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This course got me more interested in economics, and was a great introduction to this area. I was an undecided major at the time, and that course is absolutely one of the many reasons I decided to pursue a degree in Business.
