Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Kurt is one of the best math professors I have ever had. He makes the material easy to grasp and doesn't give a massive amount of outside work.

    Course highlights:

There was a lot that I learned from this course, including trigonometric graphing, harmonic motion, and various applications of the unit circle.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

GO TO LECTURE! If you miss a class, get the notes from someone as soon as possible. If there is anything that you need more clarification on, go to the instructor immediately. While everything fairly simple, it all builds on each other.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Good online course, professor provided all text so no book required. He was also really good about revising the material if students were having a hard time on a certain concept. Tests were hard but not unreasonable.

    Course highlights:

Not having to buy a book was great, and the material we learned was designed to help smooth the transition to calculus, because there is no reason to do this class if calculus is not in your future.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it, it's was a good class. If you do though just don't be afraid to message the professor if you are having a hard time. Multiple times he revised the lessons to go over certain subjects in more detail, simply because a student asked.
