Prof. Rauschnable is passionate about marketing. His passion spills over into his teaching, and he makes the course interactive, while also requiring students to think and work with others. The real life examples and new age case studies made paying attention easy and fun. I appreciated the professors desire to help all students, quick response to emails and questions, and the way he made you think about each question. He truly is a remarkable teacher and made this course fun!
I learned about the ins and outs of marketing. The basic fundamentals included learning about the marketing mix, SWOT analysis, marketing plans and more. This course is very easy if you read the hand outs and participate in class.

Make sure you participate and show up to class. Your attendance really plans a part in the learning process, as each week there is a new case study discussed, and every case study was on the exam in some form. Some case studies had multiple choice questions asked about the case study, while others had essay questions.
