Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Very nice professor. This class is quite interesting because it is about organizational behavior and how to act in the workplace.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about ethics, morals, and the foundation of an organization in the business world. It kind of touched upon the basics of Human Resources, which I find interesting.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The exams are open book, and the final is open notes of only 2 pages (back and forth). There is a group project where you write about a research topic. For example, my group did Motivation. The class is generally an easier class compared to the other business classes offered at UCR.
