    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Although this is one of the hardest courses I've taken it is very rewarding at the end. It is possible to get an A but you have to work hard. My favorite thing about this class was that I learned so many things and I learned how to study well.

    Course highlights:

I learned many areas of the brain and how different neurotransmitters or other chemicals can affect it. The class not only incorporates textbook and just educational material but the professor makes sure that he adds research journals and articles to support whatever we are learning.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

The most important thing is to attend class. Make sure to take notes thoroughly. What helped me a lot was to record the class lectures and listen to it once more and take notes. The most important study material is his power point slides. Textbook was just if I had to reference certain images or if I didn't understand a specific topic.
