    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course is thorough and interesting. I learned a lot of scientific insect knowledge as well as practical knowledge for dealing with common pests that I still use to this day!

    Course highlights:

The highlights are definitely the practical application of the insect science you learn are able to apply to your every day life. The labs are also interactive and incredibly useful.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You MUST take very good detailed notes in order to pass the course. You must know the scientific names of the insects and some core things about each insect. All of this is dramatically easier to comprehend and manage if you attend ALL the the lectures!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course because I learned a lot about insects. I learned about how insects are classified and how this determines what they may or may not eat. I learned a lot about insects that I did not even imagine I would ever know.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was for me the first day of demonstration in getting to touch an insect. All throughout the course, I learned about different families and groups of insects.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

The advice I would give would be to take very detailed notes during lecture. Try to remember and/ or write down what the professor says during lecture because it is good to review before the midterms.
